ESE has a growing profile in patents, hardware IP, device innovations, algorithms, translational prototypes, and system concepts. Depending on the nature of the work and institutional process, organizations can explore IP-linked collaboration, co-development, or licensing pathways in coordination with IISc’s relevant offices and the faculty concerned.
The public-facing message should remain simple: ESE is open to meaningful engagement across research, technology, and capability building—and the right mode of collaboration can be structured based on the problem, the timescale, and the intended outcome.
